In-salon checkout: card, cash, cheque
From the calendar, check out a service or a product sale in two clicks. Card through your own terminal, cash, cheque or mobile payment: every transaction is recorded in the Madyis register, linked to the appointment and the client file, with no re-entry and no separate software.
Online payment at booking
Your clients can pay for their appointment directly when they book online, through your Stripe or SumUp account. Payment is confirmed in seconds, the slot is locked in and you sharply reduce no-shows. A smooth experience on mobile and desktop alike, with no chasing payments after the visit.
Configurable deposits and prepayments
Ask for a deposit or full prepayment of the appointment at booking time, following the rules you define. You secure your revenue, discourage unreliable bookings and cut down on missed appointments, without ever having to chase payments. And refunds, when they are needed, stay simple to manage.
Compliant receipts and invoices
Automatically generate receipts and invoices for every checkout, with VAT handled for you, sent by email or printed. Store credits are covered too. Your documents stay compliant and consistent, your clients get a clear record of every visit, and your accounting starts from reliable data.
