Subscription to any paid Madyis service (applications, CRM, subscription, licenses, related services) is governed by the Madyis General Terms and Conditions of Sale ("GTCS"), available at /conditions-generales-de-vente. The GTCS detail in particular pricing and payment terms, VAT reverse charge, payment default, term, tacit renewal, termination, exclusion of the right of withdrawal, non-refundable nature of sums paid, service level agreement (SLA), intellectual property, contractual data protection, limitation of liability, force majeure, data reversibility and the anti-chargeback clause. Any subscription entails full, express and irrevocable acceptance of the GTCS in force on the order date, which prevail over these Terms for all matters relating to the commercial transaction.

6.2. Demo Request

Demo requests made through the Website do not commit either the user or Madyis. They constitute a simple commercial contact.
