Yes, Madyis is available in 7 languages: French, English, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese and Russian. It is a real advantage for salons in tourist areas or with an international clientele: everyone uses the platform in a language they understand.

From your Dashboard, you have a tab directly connected to support. Our team responds quickly to all your questions.

This is a legitimate concern, but it's based on an illusion. The reality of major platforms is brutal: less than 5% of salons capture over 95% of clients. The rest pay to appear in a directory where they're drowned among hundreds of competitors, often forced to lower prices to be visible. This 'visibility' costs you dearly without guaranteeing anything. Madyis reverses this logic: we position you in local SEO, meaning your salon appears before these platforms when a client searches for services in your area. You own your client data, communicate directly with them via your own branded app, and build loyal clientele that belongs to you. It's real, targeted, and lasting visibility, not a paid illusion.

Madyis takes no commission on bookings or sales. Connect your own Stripe or SumUp account for online payments; your payment provider’s transaction fees still apply.

The website and Staff App are included. The branded client app and Installation Team Madyis are optional; details are available in the pricing options. SMS beyond the allowance, domain names and payment provider fees are separate from the subscription.

The monthly plan has no commitment. Annual billing is a separate choice, paid in one payment for the year.

Annual billing applies a 20% subscription discount, rounding the total to the nearest euro. The calculator shows the annual amount. Selected setup services are paid once and are excluded from this discount.

Keep your usual setup. SumUp is not required to use Madyis. Keep your bank’s card terminal and accept cash or bank transfers. Then record the payment in your Madyis register. Connect your Stripe or SumUp account to accept online payments. Offer Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and other Stripe payment methods, depending on which are enabled and available to your clients. Link your SumUp Solo terminal directly in Madyis to send the amount due and have the payment recorded automatically in your register.

Yes! Your Madyis subscription is a 100% tax-deductible business expense. This applies to most business structures (LLC, Ltd, sole proprietors, etc.). VAT is also recoverable. In short, your management software costs even less than the listed price. Self-employed under flat-rate schemes: consult your accountant.

You can import a compatible client file exported from your previous software. Our team’s transfer of client records and future appointments is part of the optional Installation Team Madyis service, provided the previous software allows this data to be exported.

Email reminders and 200 SMS per month are included; additional SMS cost €0.14 each. Client push notifications use the optional client app, installed on the client’s phone with notification permission.

Yes, the dashboard displays your statistics in real-time: revenue, fill rate, popular services.

Yes, you can create and customize all your services, prices, durations, and categories according to your needs.

Yes, Madyis is fully compliant with the requirements of Article 286, I, 3° bis of the French General Tax Code. Our software guarantees the inalterability, security, preservation, and archiving of payment data. In accordance with Article 125 of the 2026 Finance Law (Law No. 2026-103 of February 19, 2026), Madyis provides each client with a compliance attestation as the software publisher. This attestation holds the same legal value as certification by an accredited body (NF525). You are therefore in full compliance with the law, with no additional steps required on your part.

Support is included in your subscription and available 7 days a week. You can reach us by chat directly from your dashboard, by email or by phone. Our team responds quickly, whether you have a technical question or need day-to-day usage advice.

Optional branded client app: +€49/month in addition to your Madyis plan. Clients download your salon’s app from the App Store or Google Play to book and receive notifications. The desktop and mobile booking website is already included in the base plan. App setup costs €399 once for both stores: branding, Apple App Store and Google Play listings, visuals and descriptions, and submission of the iOS and Android versions. Madyis hosts your app, with no annual Apple or Google Play fees on top of your Madyis subscription. This fee applies only to the optional client app.

Installation Team Madyis is optional: €149 once. It covers dashboard setup, banners, services and sub-options, staff pages, and transferring future appointments and client records if the previous software allows their export. A 1-hour training session on the software is included so you understand all its features. You can also set up Madyis yourself.

Prepaid packages and treatment courses are available. Recurring client memberships are in development, with included treatments, discounts or recurring credit depending on the plan. They are not yet offered as an available Madyis subscription feature.

Post photos of your work as Instagram-style stories directly on your booking website. Clients discover your work and can book the featured service from the story.
