- Connection data: IP address, connection logs, browsing information
- Professional data: establishment name, address, business sector
- Payment data: data required for payment (card number, expiry date, CVV) processed exclusively by our payment processor Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (Ireland), with potential processing by Stripe Inc. (United States) framed by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses 2021/914 of the European Commission. Madyis does not store any banking data on its own systems. Strong customer authentication (SCA / 3-D Secure) is applied in accordance with PSD2/PSD3 Directives.

You can delete your account directly from the mobile application settings.
You can also send your request by email to contact@madyis.com.
Email requests are processed within a maximum of 14 days.
Data deleted: user profile, appointment history, preferences and personal data.
Data retained: billing data is kept for 10 years in accordance with legal obligations. Anonymized data for statistical purposes may be retained.
Users of partner applications (white label) can also exercise this right in the same way, by contacting Madyis directly.
