We're looking for a bilingual French-English speaker to join our support team. You will be responsible for helping our clients use Madyis, answering their questions, and helping them get the most out of our platform.

Required profile:

•Fluent in both French and English (required)
•Excellent communication skills
•Patience and customer service mindset
•Autonomy and attention to detail
•Knowledge of the beauty/wellness sector is a plus
