The €49/month incl. VAT plan includes the Manager Dashboard, calendar, CRM, custom desktop and mobile booking website, checkout, online shop and Staff App, with unlimited team members.
Optional branded client app: +€49/month in addition to your Madyis plan. Clients download your salon’s app from the App Store or Google Play to book and receive notifications. The desktop and mobile booking website is already included in the base plan. App setup costs €399 once for both stores: branding, Apple App Store and Google Play listings, visuals and descriptions, and submission of the iOS and Android versions. Madyis hosts your app, with no annual Apple or Google Play fees on top of your Madyis subscription. This fee applies only to the optional client app.
Installation Team Madyis is optional: €149 once. It covers dashboard setup, banners, services and sub-options, staff pages, and transferring future appointments and client records if the previous software allows their export. You can also set up Madyis yourself.
Prepaid packages and treatment courses are available. Recurring client memberships are in development, with included treatments, discounts or recurring credit depending on the plan. They are not yet offered as an available Madyis subscription feature.
Keep your usual setup. SumUp is not required to use Madyis. Keep your bank’s card terminal and accept cash or bank transfers. Then record the payment in your Madyis register. Connect your Stripe or SumUp account to accept online payments. Offer Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link and other Stripe payment methods, depending on which are enabled and available to your clients. Link your SumUp Solo terminal directly in Madyis to send the amount due and have the payment recorded automatically in your register.
Your Manager Dashboard access lets you start setting up your salon. The Staff App is included. If you choose the branded client app, publication depends on preparing your app and approval by Apple and Google.
The monthly plan has no commitment. Annual billing is a separate choice, paid in one payment for the year.

App customization is instant. From your Dashboard, you can change your app colors, update logos, and modify banners, all in just a few clicks.
Yes! Your subscription is a 100% tax-deductible business expense. This applies to most business structures (LLC, Ltd, sole proprietors, freelancers, etc.). VAT is also recoverable. Self-employed under flat-rate schemes: consult your accountant.
Yes, Madyis is fully compliant with the requirements of Article 286, I, 3° bis of the French General Tax Code. Our software guarantees the inalterability, security, preservation, and archiving of payment data. In accordance with Article 125 of the 2026 Finance Law (Law No. 2026-103 of February 19, 2026), Madyis provides each client with a compliance attestation as the software publisher. This attestation holds the same legal value as certification by an accredited body (NF525). You are therefore in full compliance with the law, with no additional steps required on your part.
